At FOMOstream, we believe in transparency. This page provides real-time information about the health and performance of our streaming infrastructure, website, and creator tools. If you are experiencing issues with your stream, chat, or dashboard, please check the status of the components below before troubleshooting your local setup.

We monitor the following key components to ensure your broadcasting experience is smooth. Here is what each component handles:
RTMP/SRT Ingest Servers: The entry points where your broadcast software (OBS, vMix, etc.) sends video data.
Check this if: You cannot connect your streaming software or are experiencing frequent disconnections.
Video Transcoding: The processing engine that converts your high-quality stream into multiple resolutions (1080p, 720p, 480p) for viewers.
Check this if: Viewers report buffering or "stream not found" errors even when you are live.
Content Delivery Network (CDN): The global network that delivers your video to viewers around the world.
Check this if: You are streaming fine, but viewers in specific regions cannot watch.
Real-Time Chat: The system handling message delivery, emotes, and moderation tools.
Check this if: Chat messages are delayed, not appearing, or if the chat box fails to load.
Alerts & Overlays: The browser sources you use in OBS for follower alerts, donation notifications, and widgets.
Check this if: Alerts are not triggering on stream or the widget URL shows a blank page.
Multistream Integration: The connection between FOMOstream and third-party platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Facebook).
Check this if: Your stream is live on FOMOstream but failing to appear on other connected platforms.
Creator Dashboard: The web interface where you manage stream keys, analytics, and settings.
API Availability: For developers and third-party tools connecting to FOMOstream.
Login & Authentication: The system that handles user sign-ins and security.
We use the following statuses to communicate the health of our services:
🟢 Operational: The component is functioning normally.
🟡 Degraded Performance: The component is working, but you may experience slowness or minor errors (e.g., chat messages delayed by a few seconds).
🟠 Partial Outage: A specific feature is unavailable, or the service is down for a subset of users (e.g., "Ingest Server - US East" is down, but "US West" is working).
🔴 Major Outage: The component is completely unavailable for all users.
🔵 Maintenance: We are performing scheduled upgrades. We will notify you in advance via email and the dashboard.
"All systems are green, but I still have issues." If the status page shows Operational but you are experiencing problems, the issue may be local. Please try the following:
Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable upload speed (we recommend at least 10Mbps for 1080p streaming).
Verify OBS Settings: Double-check your Stream Key and Ingest Server URL.
Clear Browser Cache: If the dashboard is loading strangely, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5).
